If you have a larger family and need more space, you can opt for the larger townhouse unit. It will have a floor area of 44 square meters (for the two floors) and a lot area of 36 square meters. This one will have room for 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and bathroom, living, dining, and kitchen area. It will also have a service area at the back and front yard. This package is a bit more expensive at PhP 830,499 with equity worth PhP 70,000 (payable for 20 months). The maximum loanable amount is PhP 675,000, which means you will pay PhP 4,366 a month for a 30-year term. 

Upon turnover of every house and lot unit, you can expect a few housing specifications. As for the exterior, there will be corrugated colored roofing system and steel roof framings. The windows will be steel casement type. The electrical wiring and fixtures, water and plumbing fixtures, and toilet and bathroom fixtures are also fully equipped by the time you move in. All that is left for the homeowners to do is to furnish the home upon moving in.
